Agreement

These placeholder terms apply to design, development, management and maintenance services provided by VF Web design. Replace this text with terms reviewed by your own legal advisor before publishing.

Project scope and quotes

Every project begins with a written quote describing deliverables, page count, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Payments

Website builds are invoiced 50% at kickoff and 50% at launch unless agreed otherwise. Maintenance plans bill monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

Client responsibilities

You agree to supply content, images and feedback in a timely manner, and to confirm that any material you provide is yours to use. Delays in materials may shift the launch date.

Ownership

On final payment you own your domain, content and the delivered website. We retain the right to display the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

We work hard to keep your site fast and secure, but services are provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
